Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to facilitate investigation of complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation.

• Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.

Skills/Requirement

• 8+ years in Banking IT projects, specializing in Temenos Payment HUB (TPH) implementation and payment systems integration.

• Responsibilities include requirement gathering, stakeholder management, backlog prioritization, and digital transformation.

• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow is required.

• The role involves handling SWIFT CBPR+ ISO20022 transformations, API payments, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• The candidate should have strong project planning, resource management, and risk management skills.

• Certifications in PMP, CBAP, SAFe, and PSM are preferred.

• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential, with a proven track record in global project execution.
