In this role, you will work closely with our corporate secretarial team, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to Singapore’s regulatory requirements. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to handling corporate matters with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist the Corporate Secretary in handling a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with ACRA and other relevant authorities.

Prepare and lodge corporate secretarial documents with ACRA, such as incorporation of companies, annual returns, changes in directors, and other statutory filings.

Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate records for clients, ensuring timely filing and compliance with statutory requirements.

Coordinate and prepare agendas, resolutions, minutes, and other necessary documents for board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs). - Assist with the drafting of corporate resolutions, shareholders’ agreements, and other legal documents.

Handle the submission of relevant statutory filings and ensure deadlines are met.

Assist in Know Your Client (KYC) processes, including conducting due diligence and maintaining compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Manage client communications, including responding to inquiries related to corporate secretarial matters and ensuring a high level of customer service.
