Requirement:

Roles & Responsibilities

Description of Department

You will be part of the KidSTART Capability Development Branch, tasked to oversee and coordinate capability building strategies in the sector. The Branch ensures the delivery of specialised training programmes for KidSTART practitioners (KSPs) and volunteers. This involves identifying, conceptualising, developing and supporting training across the early childhood development, social support and health domains. The Branch identifies, engages and procures suitable training providers and consultants to conduct training and best practice sessions, develop training and educational resources, coordinates and provide mentoring sessions for KSPs.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the training needs of practitioners by organising in-house training programmes, procuring suitable vendors to deliver training, setting up and operationalising structured training frameworks and protocols, as well as budget management and reporting.

We are looking for adaptable, teachable, energetic and innovative individuals who will:

• Support the Consultant and Lead Trainer in conducting, organising and coordinating the delivery of training and mentoring sessions.
• Facilitate the selection of training vendors through an analysis and assessment of proposals submitted.
• Identify, engage and collaborate with training providers from early childhood, social and health sectors.
• Work with Programme Leads to coordinate the content and develop the procurement specifications for vendors to produce and digitalise suitable training programmes, and material/resources.
• Coordinate,collate data and support reviews on the effectiveness of training programmes.
• Develop and support administrative workflows and protocols for the Branch.
• Identify the requirements and specifications for the development and delivery of a training management system and an online learning portal for practitioners.
• Track and report budget utilisation.

• Knowledge and experience in writing training vendor specifications, procurement of vendors and working with training providers and vendors.

• Good IT and Microsoft skills (E.g., online platforms, Microsoft Excel and etc).

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Utilities Consultant with a strong background in Energy Data Management (EDM) and Device Management (DM) within the SAP for Utilities ecosystem. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP-based solutions for utility companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in SAP for Utilities, specifically in Energy Data Management and Device Management modules.
• Design and implement system architectures that align with business needs.
• Manage data integration processes and ensure seamless interoperability with existing systems.
• Optimize system security, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Provide hands-on expertise with hardware and network products to support SAP implementations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities, with specialization in Energy Data Management and Device Management.
• Strong understanding of data management and integration techniques.
• Experience in system architecture design and best practices.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and security measures.
• Candidates with experience in SAP ABAP and SAP IS-U Billing will have an added advantage.

Orientation started and introduced all the artiste crews’ members to each other; daily performance gets ready to start performing singing and dancing on the stage from 9pm to 2am.

2. Responsible for the rehearsal, audition and selection process for all candidate applying for the performing artiste position.

3. Identify the strengths and weakness of Each and every individual performing artiste for efficiency in allocation of performing roles.

4. Monitor the on-stage performance levels of all performing artistes monthly and feedback to the artiste for corrective measures (when necessary).

5. Work with producer on the artiste performing time slots and make the necessary adjustments when the need arises.

6. Ensuring the overall discipline level among the band members in conforming to rules and regulations.

7. Enforcing discipline and accept zero tolerance.

8. Represent the performing artistes to attend all management meetings.

9. Responsible for the audition, evaluation selection process for all candidates applying for the performing artiste position.

10. Memorize lyrics and routines of song selection for optimal performance standards

11. Interpret music or dance and perform in production.

12. Fine tune with others artiste and all the other band members, ensuring smooth operation and ready to perform on the stage at any time in top condition and produce excellence production.

13. Share her stage experience with the other junior artiste.

14. Negotiating contracts and fee, booking venue and handling publicity.

15. Foster and strengthen teamwork.
