Job Description:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Establish and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project success.
• Drive business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and identifying new opportunities.
• Lead tendering, contract negotiations, and risk management activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, construction laws, and environmental standards.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits and performance evaluations.
• Prepare detailed reports on operational and financial performance for the board and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide senior management and project teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Analyze market competition and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• At Least Diploma in Construction Management, Interior Design or a related
• Minimum 10 years of total working experience in the construction industry.
• At least 4 years of experience as a General Manager in a construction company.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction laws, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools, financial management, and tendering processes.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle complex, large-scale projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive organizational performance.

Job Description:

• Prepare and compile comprehensive monthly reports that consolidate financial data across all subsidiaries.
• Analyse subsidiary financial reports, focusing on budget variances and overall performance.
• Oversee and facilitate the annual budgeting process to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Perform financials simulation on projects.
• Support annual audit & tax requirements
• Any other ad-hoc task assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / ACCA Certification
• Strong proficiency in group consolidation and IFRS along with experience with variance analysis.
• Knowledge in accounting software such as SAP or INFOR.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Committed and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
