Job Purpose:

Seeking an experienced SAP Manager to oversee our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, currently running on SAP. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing the existing system, evaluating alternative ERP solutions, and, if necessary, planning and executing an upgrade. Job Responsibilities:

This includes planning and gathering further operational requirements, matching them with the capabilities of the existing (and upgraded) system, researching and evaluating alternative ERP systems to determine if better solutions exist, and proposing a suitable approach for the next-generation ERP system. • Understand system lifecycle management and processes, ensuring all system implementations, developments, and support adhere to TW-defined processes and industry best practices. Oversee the daily operations of the SAP system, ensuring its stability, reliability, and performance.

Job Requirements:

Experience & Qualification

• Degree or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science / Computer Engineering, Engineering or related discipline.
• With 2 implementation experience in ERP systems.
• At least 5 years’ experience in managing SAP systems, with a strong background on SAP / S/4 HANA.
• Proficiency in SAP modules (esp FICO, WM, QA, MM, PP, SD), and with knowledge of SAP Basis, and ABAP programming.

About the Role

2. Branding, Marketing and Products Development

• Oversee the organising of marketing and promotion events and activities, education and collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders and suppliers.
• Formulate demand creation strategies and new product service offerings, sharpen sales channel utilisation and lead new business initiatives to improve revenue streams and meet market demands
• Continually engage customers and users to understand their evolving needs and introduce new products and solutions to meet their needs.
• Lead the scanning and assessment of industry developments, competition landscape customers’ evolving needs, government initiatives and regulatory changes to identify and seek business opportunities.
• Conceptualise and decide on branding matters, marketing positioning and communications, as well as review and approve marketing materials/collaterals
• Support and facilitate the country directors and business unit managers to formulate and execute sales plans and activities
• Continually review the portfolio of solutions and products and decide on initiatives to boost sales, maintain profitability or enhance customer stickiness

3. Process Efficiency and Adoption of Technology

• Provide oversight and direct the improvement of business processes and work procedures to raise productivity and efficiency
• Direct and oversee implementation of customer relationships management and process improvement projects, jointly with the local Offices
• Critically oversee cost management ensuring that resources are optimally utilised, wastages are minimised, and inventory is moving and at optimal level.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Management or Healthcare related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in commercial role with at least 3 years in a manager role

This role will take on a new leadership position in the Patec Group (comprising Patec subsidiaries and BIGL Group) and will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation and execution of HR systems, policies and practices in Corporate Office and regional sites. This role will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the Group’s objectives and business needs and advise Management on HR-related matters
• Conduct and oversee full range of employment activities to meet the needs of the Group’s business units, including but not limited to recruitment, promotion, transfer, disciplinary procedures, exit process, record retention and training and development
• Cultivate a culture of diversity, inclusion and continuous learning within the Group
• Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent and implement competitive employee benefit program
• Manage and advise Site HR teams on establishing and maintaining a stable and positive workforce with high employee engagement and managing employee relations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR related discipline
