About the Role

Aureus Group is looking for Centre Managers who can lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives in the direction of working towards the company goals. They need to be equipped with strong organization and sales skills, with extensive product knowledge and able to provide excellent customer service in order to ensure that he/she can promote the company and our programmes effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assigned number of outgoing sales calls daily
• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/ enrolments and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth
• Cultivate team members through effective on-the-ground mentoring and ensure they achieve their individual management-assigned targets
• Answer all incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct sales activities and events to support the team with lead generation and conversions
• Retain existing customers through effective problem solving and ensure that all team members uphold the highest quality of service standards at all times
• Ensure desirable centre growth by providing excellent customer service and mitigate student turnover
• Maintain or exceed assigned closure or conversion rate target for all trials to enrolments to ensure maximum output from leads.
• Plan, manage, and execute teacher growth plans in order to achieve monthly teacher targets assigned by the management for respective centre
• Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management

Hiring Criteria:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in the customer service field, with at least 1 year in a manager-level position
• Must be available to work retail hours and on both weekends
• Strong sense of adaptability and leadership
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (Being bilingual/trilingual would be an advantage)
• Goal-driven individuals with the ability to focus and prioritise tasks that drive the growth of the centre
• Positive, extroverted, and outgoing personality with the passion for customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a beauty sales role with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Job Description:

Customer Acquisition

• Market research to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Strategise and plan activities to improve parent engagement, centre awareness and leads generation and conversion

Customer Relationship Management

• Proactively develop and maintain good rapport and communication with parents, team members and key stakeholders to ensure best service delivery and outcomes
• Manage enquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner

Management of Administrative Matters

• Ensure timey fee payments and follow up on fees arrears
• Oversee centre's resources inventory
• Attend all staff meetings as requested
• Collaborate with Early Intervention Teachers, Therapists, Psychologists and Allied Care HQ to establish policies and procedures for Centre operations
• Complete appropriate paperwork to comply with insurance and reimbursement guidelines, ensures compliance with standards, laws and regulations as directed by regulatory and accrediting organisations
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Manpower Management and Logistics Planning

• Manage the daily operations of the Centre in accordance to standards set
• Manage staff scheduling and tracking of staff movements (e.g. leave applications) to ensure smooth operation of centre

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must at least possess a basic Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
• At least 4-5 years of relevant experience

· To plan, direct, and oversee all bar operations including managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are met, and implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency.

· Preparing, mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications

· Helping customers choose menu items or guiding them through drink options

· Set objectives and targets par levels for supplies, liquor, beer, wine and equipment

· Monitor and implement cost control for beverage unit/bar

· Completes requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for the anticipated business through delegation

· Participates actively in implementing new ideas for improvement towards drinks menu

· Involve in planning and organizing promotions for outlet

· Assess development needs and train and coach bar staff

· Ensures the cleanliness and hygiene of bar area and make necessary improvements when required.

· Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards

Job Scope:

• Prepare and present monthly financial and management reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and any other reports as required.
• Lead and supervise the Finance team in managing daily accounting operations, including billing and procurement tasks.
• Ensure efficient cash management, along with timely payment processing and collection efforts.
• Handle tax, audit, and regulatory compliance matters, coordinating with external parties as needed.
• Drive the continuous improvement of accounting policies, procedures, and operational strategies, including reviewing and implementing process and system enhancements.
• Oversee credit risk management practices.
• Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and legislation, and provide recommendations to management as needed.
• Contribute to ongoing process optimization and take on special projects as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing/ Engineering/ oil & gas industry is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading a Finance team.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
