• Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in building services and project management.

• Sound knowledge of Building and M&E systems.

• Lead Talent Review and People Development initiatives to strengthen core competencies that align with business needs and strategic priorities.

• Review and fine-tune job grade framework that supports role structures to promote clear career pathways, succession planning, and talent mobility within workforce.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Conduct appropriate benchmarking exercises, to ensure we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and industry standards, and to attract new hires and retain existing employees.
• Manage job evaluations and reclassifications to ensure roles are accurately reflected and compensation is equitable across region.

HR Strategy, Operations and Compliance:

• Review and enhance existing HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, employment regulations across South-East Asia, and to monitor and improve employee engagement. We support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
• Review monthly payroll & CPF & annual Income Tax declarations (applicable for Singapore only), and administering annual performance appraisal exercise, in tune with annual salary review and annual bonus review exercises.

HR Information Systems and Reporting:

• Maintain and manage HRIS (HR Information Systems) to meet evolving needs, including regular HR reporting, manpower planning, and budgeting. Provide data-driven ‘people’ solutions for management decision-making.

Interactions:

• Work alongside key stakeholders, and local HR partners and be the trusted advisor to meet HR related business and organizational objectives. Be the HR subject matter expert for the organization.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred,
• At least 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices in Singapore and South-East Asia markets,
• Demonstrated competencies in change management, and the building and effective management of interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company,
• Leadership and influencing skills,
• Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills,
• Competency in both English and Chinese is preferred. Additional competencies in regional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product design of overseas F&B App project including offline and online ordering.
• Communicate with product development and operation business teams across borders to promote product development, optimization and implementation.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, and continuously optimize the user experience and interface design of the product.
• In-depth understanding of user needs, propose and implement improvement plans.
• Have data sensitivity and be good at using data analysis tools to analyze user behavior and market demand.
• Continuously optimize product functions and user experience through data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent Chinese and English communication skills, able to communicate effectively with global teams and customers.
• Possess excellent copywriting skills, able to produce high-quality Chinese and English product documents and marketing materials.
• Develop and roll out implementable standard operating procedures (SOP) for SaaS services and store operations to ensure efficient operation of store operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferrably in computer science, information technology, marketing or related fields.
• More than 5 years of product management experience with product management experience in overseas markets preferred.
• Possess work experience in F&B APP or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with global teams.
• Past work experience in overseas brand catering design is an advantage.
• In-depth understanding of market dynamics and user needs of catering APP. Ability to formulate effective product strategies.
• Familiar with product development processes and agile development methods with excellent project management capabilities.
• Ability to use data analysis tools with solid data analysis capabilities and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
