About ReCAAP ISC

The Regional Cooperation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia Information Sharing Centre (ReCAAP ISC) is the first regional government-to-government agreement to promote and enhance cooperation against piracy and armed robbery against ships in Asia.

The Agreement entered into force on 4 September 2006 with 14 Asian countries as Contracting Parties, and the Information Sharing Centre was established on 29 November 2006. To date, 21 States have become Contracting Parties to ReCAAP.

To fulfil its vision as the Information Hub for combating piracy and armed robbery against ships in Asia, ReCAAP ISC enhances regional cooperation through information sharing, capacity building and cooperative arrangements.

At the 12th Governing Council Meeting in 2018, the Council announced that ReCAAP ISC has met the criteria to be a Centre of Excellence for information sharing in combating piracy and armed robbery against ships at sea.

ReCAAP ISC, an International Organisation, marked its 15th anniversary milestone in 2021.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As part of the Regional Medical Affairs Team, the Regional Medical Affairs Manager will act as the regional therapeutic expert for our Consumer Health, Pain and CNS portfolios (subject to be updated as for business and medical needs). • Leads all stages of the clinical study development process including: feasibility assessments; protocol design; CRF design; ISF investigational site selection; generation of clinical study reports and the development of study-related documents, informed consent documents, study manuals and plans, trial master files (TMF), case report form design, etc. Identify data gaps and the need for phase 4 RWE studies for data generation.
• Provide clinical operation support to the local team as needed.
• Act as regional medical lead for CRO management, conduct due diligence for onboarding of the CRO and participate in CRO qualification and audit process.
• Work closely with CRO and keep track of project timeline, budget and milestones.
• Takes responsibility for and initiates the review of all clinical study documents and reports such as project management plans, data management plans, interim reports, etc.

Job Description

• Coordinates the University's efforts to analyze, develop, implement and maintain the campus space and master planning for NUS campuses.
• Reviews campus demand and supply and manages campus planning and space program of projects, working with internal stakeholders and project managers, carrying out feasibility study and make recommendations on a wide variety of campus planning issues that include cadastral boundaries, sites, connectivity and other related infrastructure components.
• Conduct Space Review and Audits, reviewing space use occupancy process through use of technology and managing users expectations.
• Establishes and implements effective unit operating policies, systems, and procedures that are consistent with overall organizational goals, objectives, policies and operating standards.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in related building, business and policy making disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Architecture / Design / Real Estate/ urban planning/ Engineering and relevant experience in the Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) with strong analytical capabilities will be of advantage.
• Demonstrated knowledge in the arenas of planning and design, environmental sustainability, site design, architecture, space planning and/or engineering disciplines.
• Good communication skills to communicate effectively with project stakeholders and able to apply critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues.
• A responsible team player, self-motivated and abilities to coordinate multiple priorities/actions holistically to achieve desired results.
• Strong computer skills, to include Microsoft word/excels and power point for presentation and knowledge of software such as AutoCAD/REVIT/GIS including BIM will be preferred.
• Ability to be versatile and agile with a growth mindset.
