- Provide excellent customer service by addressing employee feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Develop a friendly and positive environment for employees and visitors.
- Promote healthy eating options and accommodate dietary requirements.
7. Menu Planning & Promotion:
- Develop weekly/monthly menus in collaboration with nutritionists and based on employee preferences.
- Introduce new food items or themes to keep the menu fresh and interesting.
- Run promotions, special events, or themed food days to enhance engagement.
8. Reporting & Communication:
- Provide regular reports on canteen performance, including customer satisfaction, sales, and inventory usage.
- Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding menu updates, operational changes, or special events.
- Stay updated on trends in food service, sustainability, and dietary preferences.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Possess High School diploma or equivalent; Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Business Management qualification preferred.

As our High Performance Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action, working side-by-side with our national athletes, coaches, and key stakeholders to drive excellence, empower coaches, and make history.
What You’ll Do
1. Champion Our National Athletes
Serve as the go-to person for development, selection, spexCarding, anti-doping, National Service matters, and more.
Monitor performance results, maintain YPI updates, and ratify national records to keep everyone on top of their game.
2. Oversee Overseas Training & Competitions (OTC/OCTC)
Coordinate entry forms, manage budgets, and handle travel logistics to ensure smooth operations for every trip abroad.
Submit detailed post-competition reports and maintain accurate databases for oversight.
3. Elevate Major Games Preparation
Be the primary contact for major competitions (SEA Games, Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, Olympics), ensuring our athletes have the support they need to excel.
Work closely with national coaches to develop and implement plans for national relay teams.
4. Lead Coach Development
Maintain a comprehensive database of athletics coaches, ensuring up-to-date records of their qualifications and expertise.
Plan and monitor professional growth opportunities to keep coaches at the forefront of coaching excellence.
Collaborate with Sport Singapore (SportSG) and World Athletics and Asian Athletics to formulate and implement robust pathways for aspiring and experienced coaches.
Organize and facilitate courses and regular Coaching CCE Workshops to continuously refine coaching skills.
5. Enhance Facilities & Equipment
Oversee the Home of Athletics (HOA), ensuring that training spaces remain in prime condition.
Propose equipment refreshes when necessary to maintain a cutting-edge environment for athletes and coaches.
6. Collaborate with Key Stakeholders
Work with World Athletics, SNOC, SSI, NYSI, clubs, schools, parents, athletes, coach developers and more to strengthen athletics in Singapore.
Promote a cohesive, inclusive environment that drives success at every level of the sport.
What We’re Looking For
Educational Background: Diploma or university degree in sports management, sports science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in sports management or sports development; experience with an NSA is a bonus.
Organized & Strategic: Strong planning abilities and the knack for using data-driven insights to inform crucial decisions.
Excellent Communicator: Ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at every level—athletes, coaches, sponsors, parents, and governing bodies.
