A Day in the Life
Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects (preferably with contacts of Architectural & Interior Design firms)
Proactively identify new potential clients and initiate follow up, with the objective to close sales within the assigned segments of operations.
Identify new avenues and prospects to demand for our company products/services
Perform market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends
Prepare presentations and sales quotation/proposal based on client’s requirements.
Communicate with factory on site progress and delivery.
Follow-up on tender, work on tender submission and attend tender interviews etc.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Who Are We Looking For
Diploma/Degree in Building or any related field
At least 5 years sales experiences in building & construction sector, preferably in Furniture and Fittings
Self-driven, focused and goal oriented
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable communication skills
Strong organization and planning skills
Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license.
