Operations Compliance

• Assist to cover duty for company’s call centre department.
• Ad hoc duty : Assist to conduct compliance and CCTV audit checks of outlets remotely to ensure Recovery, Disciplinary, Retraining and Compliance (RDRC) ; daily CCTV audit check of restaurant operations, identify and report to management for major hygiene or SOP lapses.

Requirements:

• Diploma in HR management or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of HR administration experience preferable with payroll experience
• Fresh HR graduates who aspire to grow in HR career are welcome to apply as training and coaching will be provided by HR Manager

• Administers plant wide day-to-day activities including new hires, and resignation.

• Maintains HR database with accurate and timely information.

• Maintains plant wide filing system to ensure records are promptly updated and kept.

• Provides services pertaining to certification letter and SPR application.

• Support in data collection for consultant and adhoc surveys.

• Handle in-coming and out-going mails, including courier services (local & overseas)
