Operations

• Review and improve HR workflow and Standard Operating Procedures
• Responsible for handling employee grievances with strict confidentiality and advise line managers on the best HR practices and address employees’ queries on HR services and applications
• Maintain and update employee information in HRIS
• Maintain employees’ P file by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records
• Ensure enforcement of Company policies and procedures
• Promote and foster a collaborative and positive company culture of mutual respect and open communication that drives teamwork, innovation and collective achievement.
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop HR team

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Business Management
• 7 years’ experience working in HR department with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience in retail industry will be advantageous
• Strong understanding in labour law and regulations
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous and independent with good interpersonal skills
• Proactive with positive attitude as a team-player
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Must have a sense of urgency, able to prioritise and meet deadlines

All food and beverage services such as serving food and beverage, taking orders, Barista, Bartender and cashiering. Train and manage Staffs, help to boost sales, handle complains from customers, order food and drinks from suppliers, create new food and drinks in the menu, check emails and handle calls from customers.

• Developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best pricing.
• Performing quality assurance controls to ensure the company’s products and services meet customer expectations and monitoring production KPIs and metrics.
• Developing ways to increase the quality of customer service and increase customer satisfaction.
• Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Maintaining good supply chain management processes, including inventory management, production processes, sales, and sourcing of suppliers

• Responsible for working closely with staff in day-to-day outlet operation

• Maintain good rapport with the staff to ensure sales targets are achieved by individual and team performance

• Ability to drive sales and willing to provides hair treatment services

• Promote brand awareness and the company’s service/ products to customers

• Handle customers' feedback professionally

• Lead and motivate staff in providing excellent service

Requirements

• At least 3 years of similar experience in Beauty/ Spa/ Hair industry
