Operations Manager

Description:

-Fluent in Chinese to be able to speak to chinese clients .

- Good Communication skills to handle worker and customers

- Good basic knowledge in the human anatomy.

- Able to work under pressure

- Strong mental capability

- Working hours: 8-10 hours a day. 6 days a week, (12pm-10pm)

- Salary; $7000-$9000

- Must be able to work on PH and weekends.

Qualifications:

- At least 3-4 years in a massage establishment or simialr service trade.

- Fluent in Chinese.

- Able to read and write in english

The Events Manager will work closely with our Senior Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events. You will oversee event logistics, vendor coordination, client communications, and on-site management to ensure every event exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Coordination: Plan, manage, and execute corporate events such as Dinner & Dance, Family Days, Awards & Conferences, Team Building activities, and Maritime Events.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
• Vendor Coordination: Source and negotiate with suppliers, venues, entertainment, and other event vendors.
• On-Site Management: Lead on-site event execution, manage teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth event delivery.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and internal teams to align on project goals and timelines.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Collect client feedback, analyze event success, and recommend improvements for future events.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–4 years of experience in corporate event management, preferably with exposure to Dinner & Dance, Family Days, Awards Ceremonies, Conferences, Team Building, and Maritime Events.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet
• Proficiency in event management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
