The Global Wellbeing (GW) Team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global strategy and programs for all T&S teams. As a Wellbeing Operations Manager, your role is critical in bridging communication between the T&S Operation and the Global Wellbeing teams to pinpoint ways to improve our overall programming and serve the mental health needs at a customised site level. Further, you ensure wellbeing programming is consistent with the global framework and delivered effectively by working closely with internal and external stakeholders of the business located within Singapore and APAC region.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
