What you will be working on

Learning and Development

• Responsible for developing learning and development plans, based on the assessment of development areas for the workforce to meet business requirements.
• Responsible for the procurement of training programmes and documenting learning needs, maintaining Warees’ learning systems and provides administrative support in conducting learning programmes.
• Curate training materials for internal training programmes
• Liaises with stakeholders to communicate and implement Warees’ development and/or change interventions to ensure that Warees’ strategy and plans are delivered in an effective and efficient way.

Talent Attraction and Employee Experience and Relations

• Executes planned talent outreach and engagement activities to source for potential candidates and maintains an optimal experience for employees.
• Conducts the initial screening of potential candidates and prepares employment contracts as per guidelines.
• Creates new hire information packs, develops content and delivers orientation sessions for new hires.
• Develops the employee engagement surveys, analyses data collected and proposes initiatives to enhance employees' engagement levels and well-being.
• Supports the management of workplace issues and, investigates routine grievances raised and proposes resolutions.

Performance Reviews and Benefits Administration

• Assists with the administration of performance reviews and benefits programmes in the Warees.
• Manages routine employee queries relating to performance management systems and benefits processing.
• Generates benefits reports, conducts data analyses and presents preliminary findings when required.

Other matters

• Responsible for the conceptualization and operationalization of company events, including ensuring that all logistics requirements and partners/vendors/stakeholder management are carried out according to the event plans
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including assisting with special projects (e.g. ISO certifications, digitalisation), designing and producing complex documents, reports and presentations

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin function in recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management, employee engagement & retention.

Recruitment

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Onboard new hires when they join the company

Compensation & Benefits

• Involve in the implementation of the benefits and welfare programs of the company

Employee Engagement

• Assist in company-wide employee relations and employee engagement activities

Administration

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Human Resource Executive, you will handle full spectrum of HR operations duties including employee administration, recruitment, new employee onboarding, offboarding, internal communications, performance management, payroll, office administration and HR reporting.

1. Recruitment and Selection

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, salary negotiation and other related talent acquisition activities

2. Employee Relations

• Work together with senior management to foster a positive work culture by handling employee queries, addressing grievances, and maintaining effective communication channels within the organization.
• Support senior management in organising events and activities for staff, residents and other stakeholders.

3. Performance Management

• Administer performance appraisal exercise and provide advice to staff on performance-related matters

4. Policy Development

• Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, while promoting a fair and inclusive work environment.

5. Compensation and Benefits

• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, merit increments, bonus payments, and employee benefits and welfare schemes (e.g. annual leave, medical benefits).
• Submission of government-paid claims such as NS claim, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Paternity Leave, and other related claims.

6. Training and Development

• Onboard new hires. Source and determine training plan in liaison with management staff.
• Assist in training administration, such as, registration, payments, coordination of course confirmations.

7. HR Operations

• Administer employee confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, employment certification letters.
• Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, update Employee Handbook and HR Policy Manual, and prepare HR reports for management, Board of Directors and external stakeholders.
• Complete labour surveys, manpower updates and other MOM related tasks. Assist in HR improvement projects as and when assigned by senior management.

8. Board Secretariat

• Provide Secretariat support for the corporate unit including coordinate Board meeting, minutes taking and other matter related to the Board of Directors.
