We are seeking a motivated HR administrator to join our dynamic team, to further hone and develop skills to become a HR business partner. You will play a crucial role in developing operational excellence in HR, from performance management and compensation & benefits to payroll processing and employee relations, and get to partner with key stakeholders across the organization.
You will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including:
â—Ź Onboarding and Exit process: Develop and manage talent through effective onboarding and feedback mechanisms. Facilitate smooth exits for departing employees through effective processes and support programs.
â—Ź Payroll & Reimbursements: Oversee accurate payroll processing, manage reimbursements, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
â—Ź Performance Management & Compensation: Assist with performance management programs, compensation plans, and benefits administration.
â—Ź Talent Management: Develop and manage communication plans for performance reviews and employee benefits. Analyze feedback on HR programs and recommend improvements.
â—Ź HR Compliance: Stay updated on and implement prevailing labour laws and regulations. Advise line managers on employment contracts and support employees with benefits and claims.
â—Ź Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify improvement opportunities, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
You will be a strong fit for this role if you have:
â—Ź A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
â—Ź Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
â—Ź Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
â—Ź Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
â—Ź The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
