Job Description:

• Responsible for the full experience of HR functions across (1) Talent acquisition, (2) Payroll administration, (3) Compensation & Benefits, (4) Training and development, (5) Strategic workforce planning, (6) Performance Management, (7) Employee relations, (8) Organisation development and change, (9) HR Governance, Risk Management and Compliance, and (10) others (e.g., HR Analytics & Automation).
• Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the institution's HR Management strategies.
• Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to the Management and employees in relation to employee life-cycle matters.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the President.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 5 years of progressive HR management experience, within a private education institution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's statutory regulations and standards (e.g., CPF, IRAS, Employment Act, TAFEP, PDPA).
• Comprehensive knowledge of EduTrust (GD Ver. 4) is highly preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to be operationally hands-on, proactive mindset, and committed to delivering results within stipulated timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Alumni Relations team, this intern is responsible in supporting the Alumni Relations data entry.

Key accountabilities include:

• Support data cleaning and management process (e.g. keeping Alumni data up to date including alumni and prospect basic information, speakers list etc.)
• Analysis for sales plan and lead generation plans.
• Clean database of alumni so staff can view and search alumni, speakers, and contact information through Zoho platform.
• Any other duties assigned.
