Job Description:
- Work with R&D, Sales and leadership to create relevant content that resonates with the target industries and adheres to compliance standards, aligning to our identified target personas and primary needs.
- KPI and ROI Analysis: Set, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, campaign performance, and overall ROI of digital marketing efforts. Funnel should include, leads, marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads, projects and validation.
- Marketing Automation and CRM Utilization: Utilize marketing automation tools and clients’ CRM systems to streamline marketing processes and personalize customer interactions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with others as well as client’s teams including sales, R&D to ensure that the digital marketing strategy is cohesive and integrated
- Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports and insights on digital marketing performance, recommending strategic adjustments as necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have knowledge on handling digital marketing on digital platforms for B2B clients
- A strong track record of teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills
- A passion for marketing, sales, and business development
- A proven ability to think creatively and innovate
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and data analytics
