• To provide Helpdesk Support at the Banks Data Centre which runs multi-platform systems on IBM Mainframe, AS400, UNIX and Windows NT.
• Monitor operational status of software and hardware, including operating systems, application systems, ATM and Network equipment.
• Monitor job scheduling of various application software systems.
• Maintain Incident Logs for problems occurred.
• Perform job submission, back up, recovery and restart in accordance with SOP.
• Perform First Level system and batch problem determination and resolution.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Studies/ Computer Science
• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in computer operations under the IBM AS400, IBM MVS, UNIX and Windows NT environment.
• Excellent spoken/ written English, communications and documentation skills.
• Independent and motivated person.
• Successful applicants must be willing to work on 3 rotating shifts, 24x7.

Duties of Human Resource Executive:

• Handle employment administration tasks like drafting contracts and HR correspondence.
• Coordinate confirmation and performance reviews.
• Manage employee leave, claims, and attendance.
• Liaise with insurance agents for various insurances and claims.
• Process payroll, CPF submissions, and tax filings.
• Update statutory information and handle government claims.

• Generate monthly HR reports.
• Document HR processes.
• Manage employee exit processes.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Full Spectrum HR and strong with Payroll Processing

Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct all setting out and other related surveying work on site.

· Conduct land surveying and measurements using a variety of specialist technical equipment.

· Perform traversing to survey point for tunnelling and site construction work accurately.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive BPR strategy to align the client to map out Level 1 to 3 processes across Enterprise Risk Management (risk identification, risk aggregation, risk analysis, residual risk approval, risk monitoring).

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and innovation.

2. Process Analysis and Assessment:

• Guide client's teams to conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes (Level 1 to 5) to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

• Utilize data-driven insights and best practices to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of current processes.

3. Redesign and Optimization:

• Lead cross-functional teams in the redesign of business processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.

4. Change Management:

• Guide the implementation change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes and ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with department heads, project managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless development and integration of reengineered processes.

• Foster a collaborative environment to encourage ownership, input and feedback from various teams.

6. Performance Metrics and Monitoring:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and value outcomes to measure the success and impact of reengineered processes.

• At least 5 years of relevant experiences in one or more of the following:

1. Enterprise Risk Management

2. Business Process Documentation and Design

3. Digitization and Process Improvement
