• Supporting the recruitment administrative duties such as creating and updating job postings on job boards, career page and other media, screening candidates and interview coordination.
• Provide administrative support such as data-entry, documentation, printing and filing
• Training and course arrangement

• Create a well-informed cloud strategy and manage the adaption process.
• Liaise with UK Central Cloud team and local Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) to provide day to day Cloud architecture guidance around their AWS Services.
• Work with application owners to develop and standardize test, upgrade, and release management processes during the migration process.
• Participate in routine Cloud management and technical meetings, as well as architecture working group.
• Triage technical issues between application owner and UK Central Cloud team.
• Assist in Design/Architecture of AWS and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Lead the onboarding process for developing and organizing cloud systems.
• Drive the adoption of cloud workloads and enabling transition from traditional platforms to cloud ready architecture.

Job Requirements

• Degree and 4+ years of experience working in a Cloud service delivery/technical management role with a high level of accountability. Experience in AWS Cloud is mandatory.
• Proven track record of exceptional architecture decision analysis that can link to operational impacts.
  Excellent written and oral English communication skills to successfully engage with customers and colleagues.
• Hands-on experience in a technical role (systems, DevOps, network operations or similar).
• Experience implementing multi-tier application stacks from the OS up through custom applications.
• Experience with AWS service offerings.
• Experience in planning of storage tiering
• Hands-on Experience in the backup/replication configurations, tracking of backup jobs
• High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations.

Senior HR and Admin Executive

Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.30pm
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Basic Salary Range: $3500 - $4200
Location: Orchard - Ngee Ann City

Responsibilities:
• Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support
• Assist in full-cycle recruitment from job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks,
offer negotiation, contract signing and onboarding for new joins
• Coordinating the induction and orientation for new employees and handling exit clearance
procedures
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
• Monitor and administer work pass application, renewal and cancellation related matters
• Draft and prepare letters when required (appointment, confirmation, increment and
promotion etc)
• Perform leave administration and overtime computation
• Plan and manage training related matters
• General administrative duties including documentation, filing and updating of data
• Covering of reception duty as and when required
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a HR Generalist and strong in recruitment
