JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions
• Ensure new employees complete all required paperwork and understand company policies and procedures
• Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement activities and training sessions
• Assist with special HR projects and initiatives, such as employee surveys and performance reviews
• Prepare HR reports and presentations as required

What Will You Do

3. Market Analysis & Business Development:Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the F&B sector.
   Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
   
4. Customer Relationship Management:Act as the key point of contact for strategic clients within the region.
   Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
   
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Track sales performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
   Implement corrective actions and strategies to address performance gaps.
   
6. Collaboration Across Departments:Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
