Job Descriptions :

Perform Human Resource tasks, include:

1) Recruitment - Interview job applicants, review applications/resume, evaluate applicants' skills and

make recommendations regarding applicants' qualifications.

2) Maintain and update employee data, information and HR related documents.

3) Process monthly payroll and claims in accordance to Company's payroll processing sysle.

4) Manage employee feedback and grievances.

5) Administer and liaise with authorities for all HR related matters such as work pass application,

labour surveys, worker levy matters, HR-related government grants and subsidies, employee

personal taxation, student internship follow up and others.

6) Review and implement HR policies and procedures to meet Company's business goals and objectives.

7) Evaluate and arrange training for employee where necessary.

8) Assist finance department for data entry.

9) Any other duties as assigned.

Period:

• Permanent

Working Hours:

• Mon-Thu: 9am - 6.30pm; Fri: 9am - 6pm; Alternate Sat: 9am-1pm (Break: 1pm-2pm)

Salary:

• $2600 to $3400

Job Requirements:

1) Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.

2) Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field, with at least min. 2 years in

specialized Human Resource capacity, executive role. And with basic accounting knowledge.

3) Mature, discreet, meticulous and organised individual who is self-motivated and has a positive disposition.

4) Good command of English and proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese Associates.

A good communicator who has strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5) Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

6) Able to work collaboratively within the team and support with ad-hoc tasks where necessary.

7) Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client portfolio in the area of transfer pricing.
• Work with the Director (Transfer Pricing) based out of the Singapore Office of the company on the delivery of transfer pricing projects for Singapore, Philippines and Malaysia clients.
• Support the process for the functional analysis, industry research and benchmarking studies and to apply information to assess client’s position and develop effective transfer pricing approaches accordingly.
• Support the team and adopt the firm’s overall process for the preparation of transfer pricing policy, compliance documentation and planning reports.
• Build strong external and internal relations with clients, networks, teams and across other service lines.
• Identifying new opportunities for transfer pricing services within existing clients or potential clients.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy and/or equivalent professional qualification.
• A minimum of 4 years of core transfer pricing experience.
• Conducting thorough research on transfer pricing issues, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
• Preparing well-structured reports that convey findings and recommendations clearly.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data, intercompany transactions, and economic factors to determine appropriate transfer pricing methods.
• Strong numerical skills for evaluafing profit margins, pricing structures, and comparable transacfions.
• Possess strong communication skills to service clients and work as a team.
• An SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage.

Job responsibilities:

• Primary focus of sales acquisition is to acquire CASA (Current Account & Saving Account), New to Bank card and Personal Loan Sales through corporate roadshows / lunch talks and Tele consulting.

• Proficient in face-to-face point-of-sales and Tele Consulting activities.
• Work closely with Relationship managers to maximise overall product cross-selling at Workplace Banking events
