Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 3-4 years of experience working with Cobol

• Experience in technical support or a similar role is a plus.

Job Description:

• Responsible for daily office operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the smooth execution of daily operations.
• Perform general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and office supply management.
• Respond and follow up with customers/partners promptly and efficiently.
• Develop & maintain good relationships with customers/partners.
• Other general administration duties and other ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent
• Min 1 year experience in office support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be detailed, accurate and meticulous
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated, proactive and independent
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure a seamless interview process including coordination with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and provision of interview details and instructions to these stakeholders.
• Manage onboarding administration process including employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, collection of employee documents, employee declaration etc.
• Administer work pass application for employees and dependents, where applicable.
• Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate employee records in Workday.
• Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to stakeholders.

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $3,300 (depending on experience)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
• Relevant experience within the financial services industry is preferred
• Good knowledge of the Employment Act
• High level of initiative, meticulous and detailed oriented with strong organisation skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
• Positive working attitude, results oriented and have a process and service-focused mind-set

• Administration of transfers/movements, performance appraisal reviews, turnover, promotions etc.
• Collaborate with the Business Unit’s Resource Team on the daily resource management’s operational duties
• Conduct orientation and on-boarding of new joiners and integrate them into deployment plans.
• Manage off-boarding processes, exit interviews and clearance
• Ensure accuracy in the maintenance of manpower records in the systems.
• Administer and effectively implement the processes for disciplinary, grievance handling and termination/exit clearance, to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Prepare monthly reports and recruitment statistics to Management
• Verify and process invoices for all contract manpower
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
