Job Description
1) Develop and implement organization strategies to manage contingent workforce effectively.
2) Knowledgeable for monthly payroll processing through Info-Tech, CPF submission, income tax matters as well as full employee life cycle.
3) Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports (e.g. FWL report for data analysis, CPF submission etc.)
4) To attract, recruit new employees and manage the onboarding process.
5) Knowledgeable with various government grants which are beneficial to company.
6) Communicate with educational institutions for tertiary/university for productive internships.
7) Develop intervention such as mentorship and training programs to support knowledge transfer to increase efficiency and productivity.
8) Implement effective performance management system including development plan, goal setting and gathering feedbacks.
9) Monitor and manage yearly performance appraisal and reward system that drives high performance and increase effectiveness of an organization.
10) Able to analyze employees’ skills gap and minimizing the gaps through learning and development process.
11) Keep pace with latest HR trends, development, techniques, technology and innovative solutions.
12) Develop compensation structure that is relevant for the business and remain market competitive.
Job Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management with more than 5 years of relevant work experiences in logistics or construction industry.
• Business minded, future-orientated with growth mindset is an advantage.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels in the company.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information.
• Able to work under pressure and managing teams.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills are needed.
• Able to manage conflicting ideas and priorities.
• To be able to handle difficult situations with high problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of technology-savvy skills to enhance productivity and efficiency.
