Trello Specialist (Senior)

· The Trello Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing project workflows using Trello.

· This role will involve leveraging data to optimize project efficiency, ensuring that teams are aligned and projects are progressing according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

· Trello Management: Administer and maintain Trello boards, ensuring they are organized and aligned with project goals. Create and manage card structures, labels, and lists relevant to different projects.

· Data Analysis: Analyze Trello usage data, project timelines, and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

· Process Improvement: Collaborate with project teams to optimize workflows and processes within Trello. Provide recommendations for best practices and efficient use of Trello features.

· Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for team members on how to effectively use Trello for project management. Act as a point of contact for Trello-related inquiries and support.

· Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that Trello is being used effectively across all projects. Facilitate communication and coordination among team members.

· Project Tracking: Monitor ongoing projects in Trello, ensuring deadlines are met, and tasks are completed. Identify project risks and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience with Trello and integrate with tools like Google Drive, Slack to streamline your workflow and keep all your resources connected.
• Good experience with sql and BI tools (Tableau, qlik, etc).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.

Core Network Engineer | $ 7000 | Singaporean Only

Network Admins who Shall administer the network equipment, either on-site or remotely, which shall minimally include the following:

• Checking the logs of the network equipment and network links every morning to ensure no abnormal activities;
• Install, maintain and upgrade all hardware, firmware and software used;
• Apply software and security patches as prescribed in Part 2C Patch Management Requirements;
• Fine-tune the network or system parameters;
• Patch/Re-Patch cables in patch panels, network points and all network equipment;
• Labelling of cables, patch panels, racks and equipment;
• Create, delete or modify access rights for the network equipment related user accounts in terms of authentication, authorisation and accounting;
• Connect Customer-approved network equipment to the Customer’s network;
• Manage IP addresses and IP assignment scheme;
• Manage firewall rules setting and security configuration e.g. add, delete or modify firewall rules, change encryption keys;
• Perform troubleshooting to resolve network issues;
• Manage incidents as specified in Part 2D Service Management Requirements;
• Document and maintain configurations of all network hardware, cabling information and software used in the operating environment;
• Perform routine backup of network configuration for network equipment including firewall rules;
• Perform NAC ClearPass administration for security posture check enforcement which minimally

shall additionally have One of the following:

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP and above);
• Alcatel network certification or equivalent; or
• Administrative certification of firewall (e.g. Juniper, Cisco, Sidewinder).
