IT RISK MANAGER

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Risk Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, blockchain technology, compliance and a passion for the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain. Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough research and analysis of early-stage blockchain companies for potential investment opportunities.

* Collaborate with portfolio companies to provide strategic guidance and support in building decentralized Web 3.0 businesses.

* Monitor and assess regulatory developments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

* Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks associated with blockchain investments.

* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and potential investors.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business in Top tier college in SG; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is a plus.

* Proven experience or knowledge in finance, venture capital, or blockchain technology, with a strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets.

* Minimum a year experience or Familiarity with blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Web 3.0 concepts are preferred.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities:

1) Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand Hiring Division’s hiring needs
2) Handle day-to-day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires
3) Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters
4) Support the administration of scholarship and internship
5) Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system and P-Filing
6) Processing of Employee claims
7) Employee event management ranging from sourcing of vendors, designing of EDMs and on-site support.
8) Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers’ expectations
9) Responsible for meeting KPIs
10) Address to employees’ issues promptly
11) Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws

Period:

• 2 years full time outsource contract

Location:

• Paya Lebar/AMK (1-2 times a week)

Salary:

• Up to $3200 + PB

Working hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6:00pm

Requirements:

1) At least 2 years’ experience in Recruitment and Talent Operations
2) Diploma and above
3) Good written and communication skills
4) Able to multi task and is Tech Savy
5) Quick learner and a team player
6) Meticulous in record keeping
7) Able to work independently
8) Resilience to withstand pressure from clients and high recruitment volume
9) Prior experience with Workday is an added advantage
