Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or related studies

• More than 3 years of relevant experience

• Solutioning and Hands-On Experience in Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI (or similar toolset).

• Basic knowledge of DB2, MSSQL, Cloud Infrastructure, and Security.

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Data migration issues (e.g. perform analysis of logs to determine ETL failure and provide resolution, perform analysis of data reconciliation breaks and provide resolution, tuning scripts to improve performance)

• Experience in managing data cleansing activities; analysis, tracking, and stakeholder management

• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• Client consulting and technical leadership experience

• Proficient with visual data tools like Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years relevant experience.
• Diploma in human resources, business administration, or to a related field.

• Proficiency in HRIS/Payroll System and MS Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing maintenance support on the developed application and modules

Work with system team to investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently

Engage users to implement enhancements/refinements based on changes in client requirements and timeline agreed upon with users

Work closely with the BA / Project manager in understanding the functional and system requirements.
Prepare & maintain up-to-date system and app documentation if required

Traits:

Minimum 3-5 Year's Experience as a Software Lead.

Must have experience in web based application development using Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Visual Studio.

o Added advantage for Experience in developing using Spring Framework, Spring Boot.
o Added advantage for Experience in frameworks such as Angular, ReactJS and Node.js.

Demonstrate strong understanding of fundamentals of requirements specification, design, coding, and testing of information systems

Preferably with experience working with relational database such as MySQL.

Possesses good skillset in logical deduction in issue isolation and root cause analysis

Good working knowledge of Azure/AWS will be an added advantage

Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
