• In-depth knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and familiarity with corporate laws in multiple jurisdictions
• Proven track record in managing cross-border statutory filings and regulatory compliance
• CSIS / ICSA certification is highly desired
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced corporate secretarial software
