Learn and be competent in all Front of House duties according to SOP
Manage sections and supervise the team in attending to all customers requests and feedback
Deliver service level required and uphold standards on speed and accuracy of service
Learn and be proficient on product knowledge of all items on the menu
Training of new team members on Front of House duties according to SOP
Manage ordering / inventory / cash / sales records
Maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety at the restaurant
Manage ongoing marketing and promotions at the restaurant
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or related studies, or WSQ Certificate in F&B Operations / F&B Supervision / F&B Management
Worked in the F&B Fine Dining for minimum 1 year
Enjoy meeting people and take pride in customer service
Willingness to work in a fast pace enviroment
Good interpersonal skills and able to perform in a team
