Duties & Responsibilities:

• To perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties, including invoicing, data entry, documents filling etc.

Requirements:

Job Description:

• play a key role in the conceptual development of the various construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
• Required to plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan whilst managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.
• Ensure to exercise effectively safe and economical methodology and enforces project standards.
• To maintain close collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and all stakeholders to minimize errors in the process to achieve smooth completion of projects.
• To liaise closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities and developers in resolving site issues and authorities compliance issues.

Job Requirement:

• At least 3 years relevant working experience within the Construction industry in Singapore.
• Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently.
• Able to motivate in a challenging work environment.
• Good in planning, organizing and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance services and general repairs of vehicles.
• Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and rectifying vehicular defects.
• Be part of the team in managing the movement of vehicles on a daily basis.
• Ensure task given are completed promptly and safely.
• Ensure movement of vehicles are well tracked.
• To perform vehicle checking for inspection, servicing, repair, replacement of components/parts, and engine overhaul.
• Highlight any issues of vehicles to the Supervisor.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Relevant certificates / NITEC in Automotive Engineering are welcome.
