Responsibilities:

• Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services one or more applications and/or projects for Retail Banking
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services by Bank appointed vendors in the conduct of testing ; Ensure communications with country team for testing and status reporting, conversing in Vietnamese language
• Works with the testing service providers and other BANKS stakeholders both group (SG) and country (Vietnam) to review, provide feedback and sign off on the test strategy, test plans and other test service providers’ artefacts for the testing service delivery.
• Coordinates with the Test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards and tools, and to coordinate any health checks or audits.
• Ensures that any changes to the scope of services are communicated to the respective test service providers and the impact is factored into the plan.
• Engages with various BANKS stakeholders (including but not limited to, application, security, infrastructure, business), testing service providers to ensure testing services meet the banks’ objectives and demand.
• Act as the first point of escalation for any issues raised by BANKS stakeholders, testing service providers.
• Quantify, manage, track and report test related statuses, SLA and KPIs, and ensure that defined testing transformation SLA and KPI targets are met for the portfolio accountable.
• Drive and collaborate with all BANKS stakeholders and test service providers to plan all testing related deliveries for the portfolio accountable.
• Participate and contribute in forums, as required, to drive testing transformation and innovation.
• Works closely with the Test Engineering Lead to provide inputs around domain specific test engineering requirements and ensure that they are met.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the Vendor Test Managers/Test Leads for the respective domains.
• Engages stakeholder communities to get their feedback on testing service delivery and identify improvement opportunities to be fed back to the Test CoE team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.
• Must have oral and written communication abilities for both English and Vietnamese languages
• Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 10 to 15 years relevant experience in large and complex organisations preferably in Banking and Finance and at least 5 years’ senior manager experience in testing.
• Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers.
• Good knowledge in managing data migration projects including conversion testing.
• Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps.
• A proven, successful track record of managing shared IT service development and/ or IT Testing Services.
• Demonstrated success in developing highly effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver collaboration, partnerships and services.
• Strong domain knowledge on Core Banking, Cards and Secured Loans. Experience in managing testing one or more areas of these domains will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing multiple external testing service providers.
• Experience in managing multi-cultural, diverse, direct and virtual teams.
• Experience in various testing tool suites like JIRA, TOSCA, UFT/QTP, Loadrunner/Performance Center, ALM / Quality Center, Selenium etc.
• Must display a high level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity, and teamwork.
• Excellent client facing, internal communications skills.

Testing or quality certifications, PMP certifications, and Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi) Framework awareness will be preferred.

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist project delivery/development manager for planning, developing, tracking, implementing Oracle Siebel CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM application
• Will be involved in assisting in project tracking and controlling of application development phases and activities in compliance to IT Application policies, standards and procedures
• Lead team in functional requirements gathering, application technical design/implementation, interface development, security review and support
• Assist in managing business users, vendor and interface application team to ensure successful delivery of projects

· Collaborate with cross-functional interface teams

· Prepare, review and ensure application features & functionalities adhere to business requirement and quality, including reliability, security and performance

· Prepare and maintain documentation which will include but is not limited to SOPs and System Architecture Guides and Diagrams adhering to organizational templates, policies, and standards

· Work with Test managing to formulate comprehensive system test strategy, test plan & test cases to align with project scope, quality requirements and targets.

· Manage release Change Management. Ensure changes are completed according to the project and/or release schedule.

• Assist to formulate implementation and deployment plan for system cutover.

Skills & requirements

Qualifications

· Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Solid experience in functional requirement management and end to end requirement analysis.

· Solid experience in business process modeling and functional design.

· Solid experience in object oriented design techniques, UML and object modeling

· Experience with Scrum or similar agile development.

· Experience with Oracle Siebel CRM 7.8 and Microsoft Dynamics Customization and Configuration

· Experience in designing and implementing integration with .Net C#, MQ and Batch file

· Experience with a variety of source control and development tools

· Excellent analytical skills (critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills) with a history of driving the development of large software components.

· A passion for learning and the willingness to solve problems.

· A Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or any related field with strong education in web technologies.

A Big Plus

· Experience with regional CRM implementation in Financial Industry.

· Experience with cross platform debugging.

· Experience in setting up and running DevOps: continuous Integration, continuous build

Basic salary: $2.2k above
