Responsibilities

• Manage administrative function in the development and review of department goals, systems, and work processes for HR operational excellence and update any changes in the HR handbook
• Support the senior management to foster a strong company culture in line with the company’s values and objectives
• Administer HR-related paperwork to ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, as well as government reporting and administration requirements.
• Employee development and retention. Execute all learning and development initiatives and help drive a high-performance, high-growth mindset that focuses on career development and growth.
• Leading a team of Recruiting and talent acquisition specialists, and managers, running our recruiting and talent acquisition activities including defining and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the company with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team.
• Be a champion of our culture, helping the team understand and live our core values through effective programs that promote morale while achieving our company goals.
• Be the trusted advisor to the CEO and HODs, holding all managers to a high-quality standard.
• Oversee Workplace operations, the building management, safety & security team to ensure that employees are provided with a healthy and conducive working environment.
• Plan, develop and implement HR continuous improvement activities.
• Support the setup of HR operations infrastructure in the newly formed regional Motul entities such as
• Recruitment of new positions, Implementation of payroll systems & benefits, Creation of employee policies and guidelines in line with local legislation, etc

Requirements

• Candidates with bachelor's or master’s degrees preferred
• 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment globally
• Experience in HR-related strategic planning and implementation
• Deep knowledge of HR functions (Policy building, talent management, recruitment, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and highly organized
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
• A driven self-starter who is willing to undertake projects and display an ownership mindset
• Someone who is highly adaptable, meticulous, and resourceful
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Job Description

• Officer-In-Charge of the employee life cycle processes for assigned portfolio - recruitment, onboarding, orientation & training logistics and record keeping through exit interview;
• Manage full spectrum of payroll related function for assigned subsidiary (Tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission, annual income tax submission, and other government related grant application and submission);
• Assist in recruitment initiatives for other subsidiaries within the Group;
• Company-wide committee facilitation and participation;
• Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting;
• Provide direct support to employees during implementation of HR services, policies and programs;
• Updating HR policies and organize CSR related programs;
• Ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree Holder in any field; Diploma / Degree Holder in HR or related field is a distinct advantage;
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years relevant experience in Human Resources with Payroll Processing responsibilities for an organisation in Singapore is required for this position;
• Experience in payroll softwares will be an advantage;
• Possess a high level of responsibility and integrity to maintain confidentiality of all HR and payroll records;
• Meticulous with good communication skills;
• Indepensent and self-motivated with a growth mindset;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications;
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Management specialist to join our Group HR team to support the recruitment needs of the Group through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.

Work Location

Responsibilities

• Full process of the recruitment cycle
• Liaising and working closely with hiring managers / directors to understand their recruitment needs and develop the adequate talent acquisition strategies to meet these needs
• Identifying manpower recruitment issues with viable proposals on recruitment initiatives to meet the desired outcomes
• Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate portals, sourcing from talent search databases and social media, etc
• Participating in career fairs, internship programmes, and other recruitment projects
• Conduct preliminary screening of candidates which may include conducting interviews; arranging and coordinating interviews with the hiring managers / directors
• Follow-up on job offers and compensation & benefits terms with shortlisted candidates

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate adaptability in understanding the nature of work of all the different functions in Facilities Management and of the other businesses of the Group, so as to be able to recruit effectively
• Minimum Diploma in any discipline; Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a Human Resources major is a distinct advantage
• Good understanding and knowledge of Singapore labour laws and fair employment guidelines
• 2 years or more proven experience in a Human Resource role with recruitment responsibilities is a distinct advantage
• Strong in written and verbal communication, and Office / HR software suites literacy
• Able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills while maintaining professionalism in challenging situations
• Results-oriented, organised, meticulous with good problem-solving skills, resourceful with high initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

· Provide administrative support such as scanning, filling, compiling documents, invoice, etc.

· Assist with the job posting process, scheduling interviews, and screening candidates.

· Assist with the new employee orientation process and prepare paperwork for separations.

· Maintain the HRIS database by entering new employee information, updating employee records, and generating reports.

· Assist with staff benefits enrolments and changes, as well as answering employee questions related to benefits.

· Assist with employee communications, such as creating and distributing employee's letter, responding to employee inquiries, and coordinating employee events.

· Assist with scheduling and coordinating training sessions and tracking employee training records.

· Assist with ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

· Performing other relevant duties when needed and other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by HR Manager.
