Job Responsibilities
Human Resource Executive
· Support HR processes and administration comprising Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning & Development and Off-boarding.
· Prepare, organize and maintain staff records and supporting documents for HR processes.
· Track and monitor HR budgets, manpower budget and resources effectively and efficiently.
· Prepare HR statistics and reports for submissions to senior management and external agencies.
· Attend to staff queries and requests regarding HR policies, processes and procedures.
Personal Assistant (PA)
· Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Principal.
· Liaise and communicate with relevant parties to arrange for meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes of meetings as required.
· Prepare and produce reports, documents and presentation materials for the Principal.
· Maintain and update all files and records kept in the Principal’s Office.
Job Requirements
· Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution
· At least 2 years of relevant Human Resource experience
· Meticulous and well-organized
