• Job Description
• Deliver a variety of spa treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of therapy rooms, equipment, as well as inventory of products.
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.
• Provide assistance in running of spa workshops.
• Assist in all reception duties as and when required.

• Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist
• Hands on experience in massage techniques and face therapies
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Basic level computer skills

Job Description

• Craft design, create, alter, repair gold/ silver.
• Custom jewellery sets with engraving patterns.
• Solder skill sets/ knowledge required for replacing or alter jewellery pieces.
• Smoothen, polish, shine jewellery pieces.
• Sense of workmanship costing inline with scope of works.
• Promote jewellery products and our services to walk-in customers

Requirements

• Able to work independently as a hands-on person. Maintain and manage workshop.
• Practice Safe Work Procedures at all times.
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
