• Understand culinary procedures for local cuisine like; Mixed Rice, Bee Hoon, Roasted Duck Rice, Chicken Rice, Western Food o Fish Ball Noodles, etc
• Required to have culinary skills and Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

The Assistant Operations Manager will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of a chain of three eateries in Singapore. This person will assist in ensuring efficient, smooth, and high-quality service while supporting the operations manager in implementing strategies to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and boost profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise restaurant staff, monitor service quality, and maintain operational standards across locations.

2. Inventory and Stock Management: Coordinate inventory orders, monitor stock levels, and manage supplier relationships to ensure smooth operations.

3. Staff Supervision and Training: Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling staff, ensuring they adhere to operational and service standards.

4. Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive guest experience.

5. Compliance and Safety: Ensure health, safety, and food hygiene standards are maintained in all locations.

6. Sales and Performance Reporting: Track sales, monitor performance metrics, and prepare reports for management to identify areas for improvement.
