Job Description:
Perform general administrative duties ( handle telephone enquiries, mailing, document filing, data entry and invoicing)
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Follow up on debtor payment
Knowledge in full set of Accounts added advantage
Other task as assigned.
Working hours: 11am - 5pm
Requirements:
Singaporean and PR
Minimum 2 years of working experience preferred
MS Office proficient (Word, Excel)
Knowledge of Autocount software is an added advantage
Meticulous and independent.
Good communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork
5 days work week.
