- Evaluate and recommend in-house and external training vendors.
- Communicate learning calendars and encourage employee participation.
- Ensure accurate and prompt submission of training grants.
- Administer training bonds, internships, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum A Level/Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years of HR L&D working experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge of HRIS will be an advantage.
