Job description

1. Training and Development

• Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.

• Assess employees' educational needs and create tailored training initiatives to address them.

• Oversee the entire training process, from planning to execution, including gathering and analyzing training feedback to ensure effectiveness.

2. Recruitment

• Lead recruitment efforts, including attracting, interviewing, and selecting candidates to fulfill the organization’s talent needs.

• Manage the full hiring lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding new hires.

3. Compensation and Benefits

• Monitor employee performance and attendance records.

• Administer payroll processes or coordinate with third-party payroll providers.

4. Employee Engagement

• Organize and lead company events and activities, such as annual dinners, team-building events, and birthday celebrations.

• Oversee HR administrative tasks and provide support for day-to-day HR operations.

5. Administration

• Ensure office working in good condition

• Conduct other tasks assign by HOD

Requirement:

Diploma/Bachelor degree in Human Resource or related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of HR roles experience.
