This role independently leads and manages clinical and genomic customer software collaborations by guaranteeing the following areas in the work:
●Helps commercial team to identify and build potential collaborations with A*Start and other regional institutes.
●Lead the engagement with customers post-contracting.
●Ensure the highest level of customer service and responsiveness
●Document progress for project milestones, risk mitigation and revenue recognition, reporting to steering groups and your manager
●Manage timeline, scope, and budget for project delivery.
●Ensure transparency in delivery timelines and risks with both vendor and internal stakeholders
●Provide feedback on user experience to stakeholders for product development and modifications
●Support and collaborate with R&D, Data Science, sales, and other parts of the organization, as needed.
●Additionally support and lead software installation projects
In addition, this role will contribute to the success of the company in appropriate risk management and financial impact analysis related to role responsibilities. Other duties can also be assigned.
Knowledge, experience and capabilities:
●Minimum three years' experience in life sciences or healthcare, Experience with working effectively and collaboratively within an academic and pharma environment preferred
●Bachelor's degree, an advanced degree preferred
●Experience in software project management; PMP and/or SCRUM certification is a plus
●Pragmatic, hands-on attitude in project management
●Experience in prioritization of tasks according to a given situation
●Working knowledge of general healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA / GDPR)
●Compliance with internal processes, internal communication and documentation skills
●Excellent communication skills in dealing with people at all levels inside and outside of the company
●Fluency in English. Additional languages appreciated.
