Basic Salary: Up to $2,390 per month

Responsibilities:

· Compiling notes of internal project meetings and updates

· Collating returns, proposals, deliverables etc. and assisting with administrative procedures of programmes and initiatives

· Working with officers and early childhood educators in ensuring accuracy in submissions of Grant documents

· Collecting data via surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, and analysing data for reviews

· Providing coordination and administrative support for meetings, interviews, focus group discussions, etc.

· Organising and cataloguing of publications/resources

Job Requirements:

· Minimum GCE A Levels.

· Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving any notice period)

· Past administrative experience will be advantageous.

1. Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly.

2. Knowledge of operating cleaning machines, scrubbers, hi-jet, etc, and able to provide training to cleaner on how to use cleaning machines.

3. Assist Manager on the establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for cleaners and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures.

4. Be the first contact person to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

5. Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse

6. Any other duties assigned by Manager and Clients

Requirements:

1. Able to work midnight shift

2. Able to Standby 24x7, Must be able to report for work on short notice at times.

3. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

4. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

5. Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients

6. At least 1 year’s experience in similar role in cleaning sector

1. Oversight of business inventories, stocks and supplies.

2. Assist manager with operational issues.

3. Handle complaints from clients and find solutions.

4. Maintenance of company equipment and materials.

5. Report damaged or missing inventory to manager.

6. Work closely with team to complete assignments

Requirements:

1. Able to work night-shift, split-shifts.

2. Able to work OT when required.

3. Be physically fit to carry goods (20-50kg)

4. It would be an advantage if you have a class 3 driving license.

Work Location: Novena

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30m – 6pm

Working Period: Immediate (3 - 6 Months)

Hourly Salary: $13.60 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Handle correspondences via emails or hardcopy letters
• Performing administrative duties such as data entry, filing and processing of records
• Any other adhoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level and above

· Proficient in English

· Possess initiative and positive attitude

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and has Good Excel Skills

· Must be able to commit for at least 3 Months and above
