People management

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

• Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in deep-dive investment analysis in Equities, preferably within an institutional investment setting. Existing sectorial expertise in Resources (Energy, Materials & Utilities sectors) would be advantageous

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned project/structured finance professional to join our Client Coverage Group (“CCG”) team. This is a unique opportunity for candidates who are excited by the prospects of joining a fast-growing business with strong financial support.

Reporting to the Head of Natural Resources, the incumbent will be responsible for client coverage as well as origination and execution of project and structured finance transactions in the Natural Resources vertical.

The incumbent will work closely with the sector head in maintaining primary coverage for the sector. He/She will take an active hands-on role in client engagement, origination of new primary transactions, and lead deal execution which will entail structuring, arranging, credit analysis, due diligence and documentation for relevant deals in the sector until financial close is achieved. Knowledge/ Experience Required:

• At least 8 to 10 years of relevant project/structured finance experience across various infrastructure sectors, including in the Natural Resources sector
• Proven track record in originating new business
