JOB DESCRIPTION

The candidate must have 7 to 10 years working experience in the following areas:-

· Experience in Middleware Administration (WebSphere/WebLogic/JBoss/MQ)

· Experience in Oracle database and performance tunning

· Experience in Linux/Unix and shell scripting

· Experience in DevOps tool (Jenkin, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Aldon)

· Experience in Control-M jobs setup and monitoring

· Experience in Geneos monitoring setup including dashboard

· Able to document technical architecture using servers and network diagrams

· Good understanding of the Development/SIT/UAT/Production environment requirements

· Good understanding of network and common issues

· Good understanding of service management tools & processes

· Multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

Candidate with the following knowledge will be preferred :-

· Unix servers administration

· Oracle database administration

· Aldon or similar configuration management tool

· Degree from an accredited college / university

· Relevant certifications

Excellent communication and inter personal skills

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure home loans applications/documentations fulfil the required processes/guidelines with good turnaround time.
• Follow through the documentation after Letter of Offer is generated and accepted before submitting for loan disbursement.
• Collate all relevant document for account opening application and customer’s particulars update and submit to Account service for processing.
• Scan all relevant documentation to home loan system after loan acceptance
• Rectify all loans defects to ensure that loan application can submit for disbursement on time.
• Work closely with stakeholders to simplify end-to-end processes to achieve faster turnaround and improve efficiency.
• Assists in preparing and generating reports and prepare dashboards for tracking purpose

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $3,000 (depending on experience)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level and above
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint preferred
• Responsible, meticulous, driven, confident, self- motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Has strong interpersonal skill, written and verbal communication and sharp analytical skills

Responsibilities:

· Support in audit process such as tracking of submissions, preparation of data, validation of information submitted and preparation of audit reports;

· Assist with administrative tasks such as collation of forms, preparation of emails and liaison with partners; and

· Assist with other administrative support required by the team
