Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Planning:Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
   Align sales plans with organizational goals and market dynamics in the F&B industry.
2. Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing regional sales team.
   Provide mentorship and performance evaluations to ensure team success.
3. Market Analysis & Business Development:Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the F&B sector.
   Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
4. Customer Relationship Management:Act as the key point of contact for strategic clients within the region.
   Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Track sales performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
   Implement corrective actions and strategies to address performance gaps.
6. Collaboration Across Departments:Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

What Do We Want

• Proven track record of at least 8–12 years in sales
• Experience in F&B Vending Machine / Related Machine
• Experience in Southeast Asia or other international markets is highly advantageous.
• Able to lead & manage team
• Deep understanding of market trends and organization services.
• Strong skills in identifying opportunities and trends.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
