Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Concierge team to ensure the highest quality of service experience to our guests while maintaining smooth operations.
• Involved in operations and be accountable for the Concierge teams service delivery, provides coaching and advisory to help team members deliver the expected service experience.
• Actively refine the service standards and SOPs; communicate and cascade to team members and our service partner to ensure they are adhered to.
• Ensure counter coverage with review of in-house/outsourced team staffing rosters; stand-in at the counter in the event of staff shortage.
• Attend to special events e.g. VIP visits, service recovery incidents or escalated feedback.
• Actively curate and deliver training contents to constantly refresh the Concierge team on the SOPs, service best practices and other contents.
• Respond to customer feedback emails, collate feedback register on a monthly basis with recommendations on improvements.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any discipline
• 8 to 10 years of relevant concierge experience
• Experience in leading and managing a team
• Experience in premium luxury hospitality establishments e.g. hotels, airlines, Grade A commercial buildings will be an advantage
• Able to conduct stand-up training on service & SOP matters

• Drive a van or lorry to:

Overview

Candidates are required to be an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual with real passion for new age digital transformation profession who would work closely with our Division Manager and (internal / external) stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of services.

To succeed in this role, the PMO should possess the quality of a PMO professional who will have a proven track record in planning, coordination, and management of large-scale banking projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. You would also work closely with the client’s internal/external stakeholders to track and implement solutions that relates to quality or process requirements.

Key Area of Responsibilities (KAR):

• Project scheduling and resource planning, considering dependencies.
• Management of project issues and document creation for management reporting.
• Setting evaluation criteria (e.g., Critical Points) and coordinating with related departments (e.g., IT, Compliance).
• Responding to regulatory requirements and supporting administrative tasks.
• Regularly reporting on progress, challenges, and solutions to leadership.
• Planning: Project scheduling and resource planning for projects overall considering dependency of each of them.
• Management of project issues
• Document creation and related adjustment in management reporting
• Setting CP or other criteria for evaluation
• Coordination with related departments and managements throughout the Bank (Front Office, Transaction banking, Compliance, IT, etc.)
• Responding to the authority’s requirements changes and updates.
• Support for other administrative tasks and other adhoc duties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in PMO roles, particularly in large-scale banking or financial services projects.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, resource planning, and issue management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking sector, including compliance and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
