· Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
· Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
· Organize and supervise shifts
· Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
· Ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
· Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
· Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
· Assists to Restaurant Manager in administrative works
· Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
· Liaise with vendors for materials supplies
· Have Japanese language ability to liaise with Japanese counterparts
· Relevant experience working in Japanese restaurant
