• To lead the Marketing team that covers all areas of Marketing, including digital marketing, social media marketing advertising, Public Relationship, events, and Group website updates, liaison with agencies on concept, creative production, corporate giftings etc.
• Responsible for planning and driving Marketing activities that align with the brand’s direction.
• Effective management of marketing budget.
• Responsible for planning, organizing and execution of events that drives according to approved marketing plan.
• Keep abreast with brand and market news and competitor’s news.
• Assist in preparation and submission of ad hoc reports.
• Responsible for stock of marketing and promotional materials, ie. brochures and gifts.
• Responsible for updating of sales materials at the customer lounge and showrooms.
• The Management may assign any other suitable duties from time to time.

Job Requirements :

• Possess Marketing educational background, preferably Degree in Marketing
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
• Self-motivated. Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
• Have some knowledge in html files
• Min. 7 years of Marketing experience required. Prior experience in premium automotive brands or high-end luxury brands will be an advantage

CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong passion in Interior Design
• Formulate design concept and write-up, under the guidance of lead designers
• Provide 2D drawings in AutoCAD for design development and construction
• Provide 3D perspective in Sketch-up or 3D Max for client presentation
• Support in preparing design presentations in power point format
• Able to handle design coordination with clients, contractors, suppliers
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, clients

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings used in interior design.
• Passion for creativity and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Prior internship or work experience in interior design is preferred.
