Candidate must be able to perform routine rotation standby technical support to customer call and travel to customer site during silent hour (after working hours) to resolve operation issue.

Responsibilities

· Install and configure software and hardware

· Manage network devices and technology tools

· Ability to understand overall system network architecture

· Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

· Troubleshoot issues and outages

· Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls

Requirements

· Proven experience as a System Engineer/Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role

· Experience and knowledge in VMware and SAN

· Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management

· Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems), OS hardening and data backup/recovery

· Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (MS Windows and Red Hat preferred)

· Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude

· Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus

Diploma holder with minimum 5-year of relevant experiences preferred.

• Execute all stages of Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, conducting interviews, selecting candidates, negotiating offers, facilitating onboarding, and conducting new hire orientation.

Job Scope:

• Record mobile service operators’ process for registering new subscribers, via online or face-to-face platforms, e.g., operators’ own shopfronts and retailers’ shopfront. This will include purchasing and registering SIM cards (physical SIM cards or/and eSIMS) and recording each step of the process in chronological order.
• Record mobile service operators’ process for safeguarding the service account of existing subscribers, via online or face-to-face platforms, e.g., operators’ own shopfronts and retailers’ shopfront. This will include requesting for new SIM cards and recording each step of the process in chronological order.
• Assess if there is any preliminary breach of regulatory requirements based on the recorded process. Recommend if further action and investigation are necessary.
