Responsibilities
• Financial reporting and budget utilization.
• Invoice Verification and tracking of approvals until payment.
• Verification of IT Fixed Assets to check for existence and impairment annually and ad-hoc as requested.
• Verify PC leasing requests in portal and update PC leasing record file.
• Review of demand in ITBM.
• Analyse Profit and Loss Statement to check for accuracy of GL posting and tracking of OPEX utilisation.
• Collate information and prepare annual IT Workplan for Management endorsement.
• Collate information and prepare yearly Budget & Revenue Planning.
• Participate, collate information, and prepare yearly OPEX Budget and DAP Planning.
• Provide support to CIO Office PMO team on project tracking and management.
• Liaise with IT PM on projects, financial, resource planning and reporting.
• Collate information and prepare for reports.
• Review and update yearly Enterprise Risk Assessment for IT and WSH Risk Assessment for IT.
• Prepare and submit annual surveys.
• Oversee IT maintenance renewal to ensure that Project managers renew system maintenance on-time.
• Handle ad-hoc IT issues which are escalated by users for resolution.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years related experience in supporting role function.
• Ability to study, analyse and interpret financial information.
• Strong in process and business workflow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including V-Lookup, Pivot Table), PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
