Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of HR and administration experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry is preferred.

The Director, Human Resources, Operations and Openings - South East Asia is responsible for building a world-class workforce by ensuring leaders drive high team engagement through effective recruitment, succession planning, talent management, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. What will I be doing?

Pre-Opening HR Strategy and Planning

Job Summary
The jobholder (2 year contract) supports the organisation in overseeing the management of human resource (HR) in the organisation. Requirements
