What Will You Do:

• To review samples, drawings and instructions and translate them into computer commands to allow the machines to perform the correct functions.
• To setup machines in accordance with the CNC program for machining.
• To prepare test run and check if the machines producing the outputs are according to the specifications.
• To set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate a large number of parts.
• To work closely with the QA team in achieving production and quality targets.
• To assist Engineers in determining equipment, raw materials and consumables.
• To ensure workplace safety and health requirements are in accordance to organizational procedure.
• To ensure 5S housekeeping and safety precautions are followed closely.

What Do You Need:

• At least a Professional Certificate / NITEC in Machining or Technical school in Machining
• Must have 1 year of experience in Precision Engineering industry
• For non-technical trained staff, at least 2 years of related work experience in manufacturing environment
• Must be able to read part drawing and usage of measuring equipment
• Excellent knowledge in CNC programming like MasterCAM
• Great knowledge of mechanical drawing and fabrication

We are looking for a motivated and independent individual who is well-versed in supporting Singapore companies with their financial administration duties. This position will be responsible for maintaining the clients’ accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting of the management accounts, financial statements and tax filing. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities. The individual shall be required to have strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

Your role:

Liaise and work closely with clients to ensure their management accounts are closed promptly and that the accounting records and treatment comply with the accounting standards.

Assist clients with the preparation of Financial Statements according to FRSs.

Assist in GST quarterly preparation.

Assist with Corporate Income tax computation (ECI and Final Tax).

Assist with ad-hoc corporate secretarial needs.

Liaison with external parties such as banks, external auditors, tax agents and government agencies.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Technical skills & competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
